Description:

Klang Farben Melodi was based on idea that colors and shapes can be used to simplify and optimize music sheets as they are today. In the current state, app replaces notes with colors, but further development is possible to introduce shapes as tone dynamic or articulation. Tone length variations are also something that could be added to enrich functionality, but not at the expence of simplicity. We see this application as tool to compose simple songs, as a way for children to express creativity and explore meaning of composition, as a fun way to teach foundation of music in a classroom.
